1. Permitted Use
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use Dayoffly for personal or team vacation planning. You may download generated ICS calendar files and share calculated URLs freely.
2. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Dayoffly, its maintainers, or affiliates be liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from missed flight reservations, unapproved leave requests, or government gazette date changes. Users are strongly advised to verify scheduled holiday dates with their employer's HR department prior to booking non-refundable travel.
